shapes, and is mainly applied to press and cold forging dies for extreme
life extension and substantial increase of product accuracy. |

Ti3 adds additional heat resistance features to the TiC coating. The synergy
effect gives superior wear resistance(TiC) and superior heat (seizure and
corrosion) resistance. TiC and TiN makes Ti3 to be the best coating applicable
to aluminum die casting core pins. Wear resistance is more than doubled
through Non-wear ability, smooth drafting & less abrasions etc... when
compared to ordinary pins. Ti3 is also very effective for cold working
tool such as trim die and punches subject to heavy wear, friction and impact
etc. |
